John Van Horn Jr.   Guitar, Keyboards& Vocals              

                                                                       

John got his start at age 16 playing with Link Wray at the Wax Museum (see cover Capitol Rock) & 9:30 Club in 1983/84.  Through the mid '80s he was with a local band, Sister, playing places like the Bayou, Copa, and Fat Tuesdays (see Washington Post article).  Known best for his lead guitar style, he has played shows with such artists as Anton Fig,  Tommy Conwell and the Young Rumblers, and the Quicksilver Messenger Service.  In addition to his work with the Fender Benders, he is currently recording material for a solo release.
